Understanding the College Coacher process
At College Coacher, we aim to take away the stress of applying to college. This is why we have developed an easy-to-use, online interface that allows you to book services, communicate with College Coacher, and easily pay your invoices. Learn more about how each service is conducted, and see how we've created a streamlined, step-by-step process to make sure you receive a finished product you are satisfied with—long before the application deadlines approach.
These services are offered by the hour, as they all require constant interaction between College Coacher and the applicant. All services offered on an hourly basis share similar processes, involve conference calls (either video or audio), and include a private Google Classroom link for document uploads.
Make an account on College Coacher. Book your first service and pay the deposit. In one business day, your account will be updated with a personalized Google Classroom link and code.
Before your consultation, log into your College Coacher account. Click the My Classroom button and input the provided code. (This setup only needs to be done once.)
When it is time for your consultation, click on the My Chat Room button in your account page. This will open a locked video link. Please "knock" to be let in.
During the consultation, we will go over your experience and goals, where you are in your application process and what you are looking for. From there, we will discuss which service will suit you best.
After the consultation, we will email you an invoice for the rest of the payment. This invoice is easily payable online with a credit/debit card or e-check.
Once your payment is received, you will be upgraded to Verified Member status, which will give you access to all of our services. This will allow you to book the service we discussed in our first session.
After we receive your booking and deposit, we will update your My Classroom page with the appropriate exercises and worksheets for your chosen service. Please fill these out before your consultation.
Every consultation (except for the Initial College Consultation) lasts for one hour. The more you participate, the quicker we will finish your application and the less services you will need to book.
As we progress through the application process, you are free to book different services depending on what you feel you need the most. However, all pending payments must be made before a new booking.
Our one-time services are geared towards those who want to make use of our experience without compromising their own time. With these services, you pay only once and receive a finished product. Consultations are not necessary, but may be booked.
